Refund Policy
Effective Date: March 1, 2026
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments for tutoring services provided by TeAndrea Burnett Tutoring (“Company”) may be refunded or credited.
1. Session Fees
The standard session fee is $25 per student per one-hour session. Payment confirms the reservation of the selected time slot.
2. Parent/Guardian Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session qualify for either:
- A full refund, or
- A reschedule credit (subject to availability).
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
3. No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.
4. Company-Initiated Cancellations
If the Company must cancel a session, the parent/guardian may choose:
- A full refund, or
- Priority rescheduling at the next available time.
5. Reschedule Credits
Approved reschedule credits must be used within a reasonable timeframe and are subject to scheduling availability.
6. Payment Disputes
Any billing concerns must be communicated directly to the Company before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a financial institution.
7. Policy Updates
The Company reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued booking of services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
